How the Food Freedom Blueprint Works

Identify your vision, mindset and motivations.

This is the foundation that allows you to reconnect with your why and discover the areas of imbalance that currently exist in your life.

2. Re-establish your relationship with your body and build body-confidence.

You have loathed your body and feared weight gain for so long that it has driven you to maintain your toxic food and exercise habits. I will guide you through identifying the root causes of your insecurities and building body-confidence even if you don’t like your body now, so that you can leave those habits in the past.

3. Break toxic food and exercise habits and establish new sustainable habits.

It might seem impossible to break your toxic food habits and repair your relationship with food, but it IS possible. I’ll help you reconnect to your feelings of hunger and fullness and learn to trust your body to provide those cues.

4. Solidify new habits and reclaim your life.

Without food anxiety and body shame in the way, you will be able to reconnect with your purpose and discover the things that bring you JOY. I will guide you through this process and ensure you have come closer to balance prior to the completion of the program.
