My Approach
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Through our work together, we’ll raise awareness around these connections to help you discover how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. Struggles with food, exercise and body-image are not isolated issues, and I’ll help you uncover the root causes of your insecurities so that we can address your struggles at the core.
I help my clients get in touch with their body’s needs and learn to trust their body again. After building this trust, as your needs change throughout your life, you will be equipped with the tools to adapt and remain at peace with food, exercise and your body.
I believe that diets must be left in the past, exercise is for enjoyment, athletes come in many shapes and sizes and no foods are bad. I will help you overcome limiting beliefs and fears in these areas so you can unlock your full potential and get back to living your life.
I use a client centered approach to coaching, so you lead. I guide you through the transformation to food freedom and body-confidence, but you know your body best, so you are an instrumental part of how this happens. Each session will leave you feeling motivated and excited to implement the small incremental steps toward change.
